SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The manual cultivator (1) contains a working body (2) with at least two teeth (4 and 5), a stand (6), a rotary handle (8), as well as front and rear handles (9 and 7). The front and rear handles (9 and 7) are connected in series so that the front handle (9) is fastened to the rotary handle (8), is located in the front half-space relative to the attached symmetry plane of the teeth (4 and 5) of the working body (2) and is displaced relative to the rear handle (7) along the center line of the rack (6) in the direction of the working body (2). The serial connection of the components of the cultivator (1) to each other is made in the following order - the working body (2), the rack (6), the rear handle (7), the rotary handle (8), the front handle (9).

EFFECT: increased rigidity of the cultivator design section from the rear handle to the rack and, accordingly, facilitated impact penetration of the teeth of the working body into the soil, as well as a reduction in the number of bends in the area under consideration and an additional increase in the manufacturability of its manufacture.
