FIELD: ceramic products production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing ceramic products by layer-by-layer formation of a workpiece from a mixture of sintering powder and a binder, followed by firing the workpiece. The method includes steps (a)-(g). At stage (a), the initial technological block is obtained from the primary mixture, which contains the initial fine fraction of aluminum oxide (III) with a particle size of not more than 10 mcm. In step (b), a sintered process block is obtained by sintering the original process block to its apparent density of not less than 2.4 g/cm3 and not more than 2.9 g/cm3. At stage (c), the sintered technological block is crushed and the target large fraction of aluminum oxide (III) with a particle size of more than 0.05 mm is isolated. At stage (d) the target mixture containing the target coarse and initial fine fractions of aluminum oxide (III) is received. In step (e) a pasty molding composition is prepared using the desired mixture of alumina (III) and an aqueous colloidal solution of silica. In step (e) a primary blank is obtained by layer-by-layer application and layer-by-layer freezing of the pasty molding composition. In step (g), the target preform is obtained by sintering the primary preform to its apparent density of over 2.9 g/cm3.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of the ceramic product by enhancing the adhesion of the layers of the target workpiece.
