FIELD: ceramic products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing ceramic products, involving layer-by-layer formation of a workpiece from a mixture of sintering powder and a binder. To obtain a ceramic product, a target blank is made, and a paste-like moulding mass is obtained in step (a) using sintering powder and an aqueous colloidal solution of silicon dioxide. In step (b), a primary blank is obtained by layer-by-layer application of paste-like moulding mass through a moving moulding nozzle and freezing the applied paste-like moulding mass in a limited area of the top layer, while the top layer retains the required shape. Freezing of the applied paste-like moulding composition is carried out by supplying a refrigerant gas into said limited area of the top layer through a guide diffuser. A rigid mechanical connection is provided between the moving forming nozzle and the guide diffuser. In step (c), the target workpiece is obtained by sintering the primary workpiece.

EFFECT: simplifying the equipment used, as well as in the possibility of producing ceramic products of large dimensions and complex shapes.
