FIELD: heat-resistant products.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for producing ceramic heat-resistant products from sinterable metal oxides. The method for producing a ceramic heat-resistant product includes obtaining a powder of sintered metal oxide by mixing fine, medium and coarse fractions of sintered metal oxide, which are particles with a size of, respectively, not more than 10 microns, more than 10 microns and not more than 0.5 mm, more than 0.5 mm and not more than 6.0 mm. At the same time, the mass fractions of fine, medium and coarse fractions of the sintered metal oxide are respectively not less than 5%, not less than 15% and not less than 30% when taking the mass of the powder of the sintered metal oxide as 100%. An aqueous moulding slurry is obtained, the dispersed phase of which contains a sinterable metal oxide powder and an organic fibre. Moreover, the mass fraction of the sintered metal oxide powder in the aqueous moulding slurry is at least 95% when taking the weight of the aqueous moulding slurry as 100%. Next, a raw workpiece is obtained by pouring an aqueous moulding suspension into a moulding container and freezing, followed by extraction from the moulding container. A solid billet is obtained by drying a raw billet. The target billet is obtained by firing a solid billet before sintering the powder of the sintered metal oxide.

EFFECT: increase of strength of the raw workpiece, made without the use of a binder, for a wide range of shapes, reduction of the drying time and increase of the heat resistance of the ceramic heat-resistant product.
