SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and pharmaceuticals. The method for obtaining an immunostimulatory agent from the meal of whortleberry berries includes the extraction of vegetable material, for which the dried and crushed plant material is placed in an extractor, 60% ethanol is added in the ratio of raw materials : extractant as 1:12, the resulting mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment with a frequency of 50 kHz at 70±1°C for 38-51 min. Extraction is filtered into the manifold by washing the remainder of the vegetable raw materials on the filter with an additional volume of 60% ethanol (15-16% of the ethanol extraction taken). The extraction of vegetable raw materials after ethanol extraction is repeated with water in the ratio of raw materials : extractant as 1:12 with ultrasonic treatment with a frequency of 50 kHz at 70±1°C for 59-72 min. The resulting aqueous and ethanol extracts are concentrated in vacuum to 1/6-1/7 of the initial volume, then they are combined, dried in a vacuum drying cabinet and crushed in a propeller-type mill.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a dry extract in the form of a crumbly non-hygroscopic powder of red-crimson color with a sweet-sour taste and a specific odor, having an immunostimulatory effect when consumed under experimental immunosuppression, with the yield of the finished product (dry extract) 36-38, wt. %, of vegetable raw materials.
