FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of electricity, ferrosilicon and aluminiferous cement within a single power engineering complex. Method includes burning the organic fuel component in the boiler of a thermal power plant so as to produce electricity. Processing the mineral fuel component in the form of slag melt and ash in roll chambers. Conducting liquid phase reduction of the slag melt and ash in a melting roll chamber, resulting in ferrosilicon and slag melt, further supplied into a saturation roll chamber containing burnt lime, wherein said melt is saturated with lime, resulting in an aluminiferous clinker melt. Performing finishing processing of the ferrosilicon and aluminiferous clinker outside of the roll chambers by pouring and cooling. Forming a cement mix from the aluminiferous clinker and process additives and purifying said mix from metal inclusions. The dust and gas phase from the melting roll chamber is after-burned in the boiler of the thermal power plant. The furnace mode of the boiler therein determines the consumption of primary and auxiliary fuel.
EFFECT: reduction in the energy costs and emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
