FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: liquid-phase reactor and its use are disclosed. Reactor comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder located along the axial direction of the reactor. Outer cylinder comprises top cover, straight cylindrical section and bottom cover to form annular space between inner cylinder and outer cylinder. Upper end of inner cylinder is open and is in communication with annular space, and the inner cylinder comprises an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder arranged in series from top to bottom, wherein the upper cylinder is located in a straight cylindrical section, wherein its cross-sectional area gradually decreases from top to bottom. Lower cylinder is located in the lower cover, at the same time its cross-sectional area gradually increases from top to bottom. Inorganic membrane tube extending along the axial direction of the reactor is present in the lower cylinder so that a shell-and-tube structure is formed, and the pores are present in the tube wall of the inorganic membrane tube as a gas channel.
EFFECT: specially designed double structure containing inner and outer cylinders is used for reactor, which is favorable in order to reduce the viscosity of the liquid-phase reaction material, as well as increase the motive force of mass transfer and the rate of the liquid-phase reaction.
