SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, molecular genetics and medicine. A kit for detecting RNA of coronaviruses SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, HCoV-229E, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-HKU1 by loop isothermal amplification (LIA) is described.
EFFECT: invention can be used to identify these representatives of the Coronaviridae family for clinical laboratory diagnosis of coronavirus infection or for research purposes.
