FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for protection of composite panels with an aerodynamic surface, and it is intended, in particular, for the protection of an aircraft from a lightning strike. A lightning-proof bus for the attachment of a polymer composite panel to a unit metal frame contains knitted meshed knit-soldered fabric of copper wire impregnated to the panel surface. At a point of attachment to the unit frame, the panel has a bulge formed by folds of continuous meshed fabric, filled with a binder. The height of the bulge does not exceed the height of a contact part of an attaching screw, and the width of the bulge is equal to 1.5-2.0 maximum diameters of a screw head. The bulge panel is tightly mated with a surface profile of the unit metal frame.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of a contact of a lightning receiver and a bearing structure of a unit for unhindered removal of lightning electric charges to a metal structure of the unit with simultaneous simplification of a node of attachment of a composite panel, and reduction in weight.
