SUBSTANCE: wound bandage including a solid composition is used for surgical treatment of a wound. The solid composition includes the first component, which is chitosan, and tribasic acid, which is citric acid. At the same time, citric acid is present in the amount of at least 10 wt.% of the amount of the first component. Citric acid is applied to at least part of the first component and/or is absorbed in at least part of the first component.
EFFECT: inventions provide elimination of bacteria in biofilm and prevent repeated formation of biofilm.
