FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to material processing by cutting; it can be used for groove processing. A grooved cutter case contains a disc-shaped cutting part and a protruding tail part. The cutting part contains an elastic clamping part with a peripherally located groove for the reception of a cutting insert. The tail part contains a peripherally located front tail recess, which, in the axial direction, is adjacent to the cutting part. A part of the groove, inner in the radial direction, for the reception of the cutting insert is combined in the rear direction with the front tail recess. The cutting insert is elastically clamped with the possibility of disconnection in the groove for the reception of the cutting insert with the formation of a rotary groove-cutting tool.
EFFECT: reliable retention of a cutting insert is provided, and performance of processing using the claimed tool is increased.
