DOSING SYSTEM FOR A MIXTURE OF TWO COMPONENTS AND A STATIC MIXING NOZZLE FOR IT Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B01F23/47 B01F25/421 B01F25/431 B01F33/501 B05B7/04 B29B7/32 B29B7/74

Abstract RU 2777389 C2

FIELD: industrial equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dosing system for dosing a mixture of the first component and the second component and to a static mixing nozzle for it. The dosing system for dosing a mixture of the first component and the second component contains: a dosing gun containing an inlet housing with a first passage for feeding the first component under pressure, and a second passage for feeding the second component under pressure, and the first and second passages, respectively, contain a closed first outlet and a closed second outlet, which can be controlled by means of the handle or trigger of the dosing gun; a static mixing nozzle, removably connected to the housing outlets and provided for mixing and dosing of components, wherein the static mixing nozzle contains a first section containing the first chamber and a second chamber for passing the first and second components, respectively, and a second section following the first section in the forward flow direction, containing a mixing chamber with static mixing elements, which contribute to the mixing of the first and second components and the passage of the mixture to the tip of the nozzle, which serves as an outlet for the mixture. At least one of the first and second chambers of the static mixing nozzle contains a number of static elements to prevent backflow, designed to prevent the backflow of the corresponding component inside the corresponding chamber.

EFFECT: providing a dosing system for dosing a mixture of the first component and the second component to reduce the risk of a reverse flow of the mixture of components into the outlets of the dosing gun without the use of moving parts.
