FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing iron-containing aluminosilicate zeolite ZSM-23, which can be used to obtain modern high-tech catalysts widely used in petrochemical processes, such as the isomerization of n-paraffins. The method for producing iron-containing aluminosilicate zeolite includes preparing a reaction mixture, followed by crystallization under hydrothermal conditions, cooling, filtering, washing, drying and calcining the resulting product. The reaction mixture is prepared on the basis of the compound in the following concentrations wt.%: an aqueous solution of aluminum sulfate - 5.0, dimethylformamide as a template - 4.8, an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide - 58.2, ferrocenecarboxylic acid - 0.03 - 0.23, silica sol - 31.37-31.17, zeolite ZSM-23 as a seed - 0.6 until a gel-like mass is formed. Then hydrothermal treatment is carried out in an autoclave at autogenous pressure and a temperature of 155°C for 24 hours, the resulting mixture is cooled, filtered, dried at 120°C for 12 hours, calcined at 500°C for 5 hours. After cooling, the resulting Na-form of the zeolite is subjected to ion exchange in an ammonium-ammonium buffer solution for 2 h to obtain the NH4-form of the zeolite, which is filtered, dried at 120°C for 12 h and calcined at 500°C for 5 h. obtaining the H-form Fe-Al-ZSM-23 with an iron content of 0.15 - 1.0 mol.%.
EFFECT: obtaining zeolites of the ZSM-23 structure, namely Fe-Al-ZSM-23 with an iron content of 0.15 - 1.0 mol.%, characterized by increased selectivity in the processes of hydroisomerization of n-paraffins.
