FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing a molecular sieve of the MTT structure type. Method of producing the zeolite with a MTT structure type involves preparation of a reaction mixture containing sodium or potassium cations, sources of aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and silicon oxide (SiO2), water and templates of N-methylpyrrolidone. Mixture of solutions is prepared proceeding from observance of molar ratio of used components in hydrogel: SiO2/Al2O3 = 51–101, H2O/SiO2 = 25–50, (Na+ or K+)/SiO2 from 0.31 to 0.7, templates/SiO2 from 0.2 to 0.7, followed by holding said mixture in a sealed reactor.
EFFECT: production of MTT zeolite with high content of aluminum SiO2/Al2O3 from 30 to 60 and volume of micropores 0_06–0_09 cm3/g.
