FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for intraoperative diagnosis of the borders of tumors of cholangiocellular carcinoma of the bile ducts, followed by photodynamic therapy. A method for carrying out phototheranostics is proposed, which includes fluorescence diagnostics during photodynamic therapy of cholangiocellular cancer in real time, during which, as part of preoperative preparation, a photosensitizer based on Chlorin e6 is intravenously administered to the patient. Intraoperative video fluorescent analysis of the content of the photosensitizer based on Chlorin e6 in the studied tissues is carried out using a white light LED source, a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 660 nm, a camera unit consisting of a monochrome video camera necessary for recording a fluorescent image, and a video camera for obtaining a color image, a bimsplitter for spectral separation of radiation coming to video cameras, optical filters that transmit fluorescent radiation of a photosensitizer in the long-wave region from 675 nm and have zero transmission in the range, corresponding to the generation of a semiconductor laser with a generation wavelength of 660 nm, an optical bundle.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the completeness of photodynamic therapy in real time, reduce the time of its implementation and simplify the process of fluorescent diagnosis of cholangiocellular cancer.
