SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a method for the reduction in the adaptability of a carrier insect to an animal pathogen. In this case, the method includes: delivery to the carrier insect of a composition containing antimicrobial peptide and peptide penetrating into a cell, where antimicrobial peptide targets a microorganism living in the body of the carrier insect, which leads to the reduction in the adaptability of the carrier insect compared to a control carrier insect not treated with the composition. At the same time, antimicrobial peptide includes one or more of the following: Uy192 (SEQ ID NO: 227), UyCT3 (SEQ ID NO: 228), D3 (SEQ ID NO: 229), D10 (SEQ ID NO: 230), and Uy17 (SEQ ID NO: 231), and peptide penetrating into a cell has an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 213-220.
