FIELD: manual therapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual therapy for restoring the mobility of the spinal joint. An adjusting device for a massage roller based on an oscillatory method for restoring the mobility of the spinal joint is presented. At the same time, this device contains a massage roller supply unit, which contains a pair of movable elements made with the possibility of moving along the base plate, and a massage unit, both sides of which are connected to the massage roller supply unit by means of hinge sections, this assembly contains massage rollers that oscillate up and down with the help of an air chamber oscillating up and down by a pneumatic pump to an up and down oscillation height of this chamber, issued by a device for adjusting the rollers according to a set of input data in the controller, which, based on these data, regulates the lifting height - lowering of the device for adjusting the height of lifting-lowering, and the device for adjusting the amplitude/speed of oscillation.
EFFECT: effect of concentrated treatment is achieved when using the oscillatory method on a specific section of the spinal column.
