SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fish and food industry, in particular to biologically active additives (BAA) based on fish oil, which can be used in diet therapy for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and diseases associated with metabolic disorders. The method for producing biologically active additives involves mixing natural carotenoids with fat obtained from fish raw materials, followed by the formation of soft gelatin capsules from the mixture. At the same time, freshly harvested salmon heads are taken as fish raw materials for obtaining fat, which are crushed, heated to a temperature of 80-85°C for 2-3 s and fed to a super-decanter to separate the fat. Next, the separated fat is loaded into a reactor under a nitrogen atmosphere, where it is washed three times with hot water at 50°C with stirring for 5 minutes. Then the reactor is evacuated to a residual pressure of 100-200 mm Hg. and stirred at a temperature of 50 ° C for no more than 1.5 hours. After that, the fat is filtered in a nitrogen atmosphere, the filtered fat is cooled to room temperature, mixed with natural carotenoids, which use astaxanthin or a mixture of lutein and zeaxanthin, in a container , based on 100 g of fat 22.2-722.3 mg of natural carotenoids. Then sealed in a nitrogen atmosphere, frozen at a temperature not exceeding minus 18°C ​​and stored until the mixture is formed into soft gelatin capsules.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time for obtaining biologically active additives based on fish oil and to obtain the target product in the form of capsules with a controlled content of natural carotenoids.
