Prior to the start of cardiomyopathy treatment, the polymorphism Arg389Gly, rs1801253 of the ADRB1 gene is determined. In the case of the carrier genotype G/G of polymorphism Arg389Gly, rs1801253 of the ADRB1 gene, carvedilol is used daily in the morning and evening at a daily dose of 50 mg.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment, which makes it possible to increase the proportion of patients responding to pathogenetic therapy.
