SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to set the thickness of the acoustic contact between the prism of the piezoelectric transducer and the surface of the input of ultrasound into the test object. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that a tuning sample for setting the thickness of the acoustic contact between the prism of the piezoelectric transducer and the input surface of ultrasound into the test object, containing 5 flat cruciform protrusions with a length (0.25…0.35)A/A and a width (0 .35…0.45)V/V located at a height of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm relative to the reference plane of the adjustment sample and at a distance of (1.2…1.3)A relative to each other, and at a distance of (0.7…0.8)A relative to the left edge of the sample, and at a distance of (0.7…0.8)B relative to the upper edge of the sample, designed to install a fixed thickness of the acoustic contact, where A is the length of the protrusion platform, B is the width of the protrusion platform.
EFFECT: providing the ability to set the thickness of the acoustic contact between the prism of the piezoelectric transducer and the surface of the input of ultrasound into the test object, which allows you to reliably carry out ultrasonic testing of the object.
