SUBSTANCE: machine (1) for processing or transportation of containers (2) contains guide (18) passing along supply direction (5) for supply of containers (2) and a set of carriages (19) for support of containers (2), installed with the possibility of sliding on the same guide (18) consistently to each other, specified guide (18) and each carriage (19) together form corresponding linear engines. Each supporting carriage (19) contains at least part of corresponding gripping means (21) of corresponding container (2), in particular two gripping elements (21a, 21b) correspondingly installed on different consistent carriages (19) along the same guide (18). Carriages (19) are made with the possibility of movement to each other or from each other so that to adjust a mutual distance along supply direction (5) of containers (2) and form a zone of grip by gripping means (21), formed between them, depending on a type of container (2) to be gripped or removed.
