SUBSTANCE: present invention proposes a stack of layers (500), containing first silicone layer (510), in which first silicone layer (510) has first surface (511) and second surface (512), in which first silicone layer (510) is transmitting for ultraviolet radiation with one or more wavelengths selected from a range of 200-380 nm, which additionally contains one or more of: the first layer element configurable on the first side of first surface (511), wherein the first layer element is bound by chemical binding with first surface (511) directly or through the first intermediate layer, which is transmitting for ultraviolet radiation with one or more wavelengths selected from the range of 200-380 nm, wherein the first layer element contains at least the first layer differing in composition from first silicone layer (510), and wherein the first layer element is transmitting for ultraviolet radiation with one or more wavelengths selected from the range of 200-380 nm; and the second layer element configurable on the second side of the second surface, wherein the second layer element is bound by chemical binding with the second surface directly or through the second intermediate layer, wherein the second layer element contains at least the second layer differing in composition from the first silicone layer.
EFFECT: obtaining coating for use in water.
