SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of crystal substance of type I of (E)-2-(7-trifluoromethylchroman-4-iliden)-N-((7R)-7-hydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-1-yl)acetamide having characteristic peaks at least at diffraction angles (2θ) of 7.9±0.2, 10.3±0.2, 15.8±0.2, 16.4±0.2, 17.2±0.2, 19.5±0.2, 19.9±0.2, 21.6±0.2, 23.9±0.2, 25.0±0.2, and 26.7±0.2 (°) in powder X-ray diffraction (Cu-Ka), including a stage of dissolution of (E)-2-(7-trifluoromethylchroman-4-iliden)-N-((7R)-7-hydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-1-yl)acetamide during heating to 60°C-70°C with mixed solvents of an alcohol solvent and acetone, addition of water during heating and mixing, and then, cooling of the mixed solution containing water during mixing to a room temperature to obtain crystal substances. The alcohol solvent is methanol, ethanol, or 2-propanol.
EFFECT: crystal substance of type I of (E)-2-(7-trifluoromethylchroman-4-iliden)-N-((7R)-7-hydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-1-yl)acetamide, which has the property of stability during storage, photostability.
