FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for plastic surgery of the upper part of the shoulder joint capsule. Access to the shoulder joint is performed from the acromion process, its anterior outer edge along the muscle fibers of the deltoid muscle. Resection of the lower part of the acromion is performed to 1/3 of its thickness. A graft is formed from the autotendon of the peroneus longus muscle, for which the tendon is folded by turning 180 degrees 5–6 times 4 cm in length, placed on a propylene mesh and wrapped with a mesh, which is stitched around the perimeter with an overcast stitch, forming a graft 3 by 4 cm not less than 6 mm in thickness. The graft is then anchored proximally to the glenoid. A receiving bed is formed on the head of the humerus in the area of the greater tubercle. Threads are passed transosseously, extending into the receiving bed of the proximal epimetaphysis of the shoulder, and the graft is fixed to the head of the humerus with transosseous interrupted sutures. The wound is sutured layer by layer with restoration of the attachment of the deltoid muscle in the area of cutting from the acromion.

EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment by creating a volume spacer effect that prevents the development of impingement of the shoulder joint (collision of the humeral head and glenoid), eliminating the cutting through of tissue by ligatures.
