FIELD: beverage making.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to beverage making devices. A head for dispensing beverage fluid contains a case and a chute for fluid, at least partially placed inside the case. The chute for fluid contains an inlet channel made with the possibility of reception of beverage fluid, such as coffee, from the beverage making device. A collection chamber is connected via fluid to the inlet channel and is intended for the reception of beverage fluid. At least one outlet channel is connected via fluid to the collection chamber for the reception of beverage fluid from the collection chamber. Downstream located part of at least one outlet channel is a flow guide oriented downward, so that, during the use, to guide received beverage fluid and dispense received beverage fluid in the form of a solid column of fluid. The flow guide has the first surface guiding fluid, forming a curvature directed inward, if viewed in the first horizontal cross-section. The flow guide has the first and the second elevated edges connected downstream from the first surface guiding fluid. A beverage making system is claimed.

EFFECT: prevention of interruption of outcoming jets at low speeds within 0.4-6 ml/s.
