SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a capillary detection flow cell intended for the use in micro-separation methods. The method for the manufacture of a detection flow cell consisting of a capillary with outer polyimide coating, a polymer layer, and a detection window includes selection of a capillary for a flow cell with an inner diameter greater than the capillary, in which separation and flushing are carried out, filling of the capillary with a reaction mixture for radical polymerization, and its sealing with insulation of a zone of the optic detection window with materials of the required size, preventing radical polymerization, initiation of radical polymerization by electronic-beam processing, impact of accelerated electrons in the air atmosphere at an absorbed dose of 50 kGr, cutting of sealed ends, and flushing of the capillary with subsequent drying in a flow of air or nitrogen.

EFFECT: increase in the sensitivity of optical detection in UV/VIS area in a quartz capillary.
