FIELD: data transmission.
SUBSTANCE: system is proposed, using which a capacitive communication line is created based on a rotary cylindrical capacitor. The cylindrical rotor rotates around a shaft and saves an air gap between the cylindrical rotor and the shaft for creation of one or more capacitors with an air gap. The first subsystem containing light detection and range measurement components is connected to the rotor. The second subsystem containing data analysis functions is connected to the shaft. The first subsystem and the second subsystem are connected by means of capacitive communication lines created by means of capacitors with an air gap. Communication signaling used on capacitive communication lines may be bidirectional and differential signaling. The first subsystem and the second subsystem may contain a lidar light detection and range measurement system. The second subsystem can power the first subsystem by means of an inductive connection.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of data transmission.
