FIELD: automatic notifications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automatic notification of track workers. In the method, a repeater with an autonomous power source is connected through the access point of the inter-station communication line of the centralized auto-blocking system closest to the work site on the haul, a collective portable signaling device with an autonomous power source is installed at the work site, configured to interact via a radio channel with a satellite navigation system and with a repeater for information exchange with the hardware and software complex of the centralized automatic blocking system, when the power is turned on, the collective portable signaling device in real time from the satellite navigation system receives information about the geographical coordinates of its location and converts them into the number of the track circuit in the zone of its location, and according to the hardware and software complex of the centralized automatic blocking system - information about the numbers of the rail circuits occupied by the rolling stock on the stage, automatically compares the information received and when approaching the specified distance of the rolling stock to the track circuit on which it is located generates and reproduces warning signals in the form of appropriate audio and optical signals. If there is an obstacle to the movement of rolling stock at the work site, a collective portable signaling device for fencing the work site, at the command of the work manager, transmits via radio channel through a repeater and an inter-office communication line the corresponding message to the hardware and software complex of the centralized auto-blocking system, which automatically generates and transmits commands via signaling system for stopping the rolling stock before it approaches the work site by means of automatic locomotive signaling or closing the exit traffic light, and also generates and transmits to a collective portable signaling device a message about the execution of the command to fence the work site via an inter-office communication line through a repeater via a radio channel.
EFFECT: increased reliability of warning and fencing at the site of track works.
