FIELD: railways.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of fencing the place of work and notifying about the approach of rolling stock. The system contains a collective portable signaling device (hereinafter – CPSD) installed at the work site, which interacts with the train traffic control system operating on the stage, which includes sequentially connected control center (hereinafter – CC) and station access point (hereinafter – SAP) located at each station that limits the stage; an inter-station communication line based on a fiber-optic cable with connected stage access points (hereinafter – StAP); stationary radio stations, each of which is connected to the corresponding StAP, as well as a controller, a satellite navigation receiver and a locomotive radio station installed on the locomotive of rolling stock, connected by input/output to a controller, the input of which is connected to the output of the satellite navigation receiver, and the output is connected to the input of the locomotive control device; and a remote power supply system for the StAP. Each StAP is made with possibility of passive connection to the inter-station communication line of a stationary radio station interacting via a radio channel with a locomotive radio station to establish a connection between the controller and the corresponding CC via the inter-station communication line and the corresponding SAP. The CPSD is made with possibility of interaction via radio channels with the satellite navigation system, the remote control of the work manager and the stationary radio station of closest to the place of work StAP, which provides connection of the CPSD to the station CC via the inter-station communication line and the station access point.

EFFECT: simplification and an increase in the reliability of the system.
