FIELD: railway automatics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation for notification of workers on the haul. Method involves a collective portable signaling device connected through the nearest access point on the distance to the inter-station communication line of the centralized automatic locking system, hardware and software semi-set of microprocessor-based centralized system for automatic interlocking of neighboring stations, connected to workstation of duty officer and inter-station communication line, individual signaling devices of workers and portable control panel of operations manager. Collective signaling device registers location of access point, to which it is connected, and receives inter-station communication line information from centralized system of automatic blocking on occupancy of rolling stock of block-sections on haul, when approaching rolling stock generates and transmits warning signals to individual signaling devices, in the presence of an obstacle for the rolling stock, the work supervisor, via a panel through a collective signaling device, sends a corresponding message over the inter-station communication line to the station duty station, duty officer at the station encloses the work site by feeding a command to the hardware and software system of the centralized automatic block system to stop the rolling stock before approaching the work site by automatic locomotive signaling.

EFFECT: higher traffic safety.
