SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics for notification of the workers on the haulage approaching the rolling stock and enclosure of the work site. In the method, a collective signaling device is installed on the work site, a portable radio station is connected through the nearest access point on the distance to the inter-station communication line of automatic interlocking, collective signaling device interacts with satellite navigation system and portable radio station, receives information on its location and on occupancy of rolling stock of block sections on the haul, compares in real time obtained information, when approaching rolling stock to its location, generates and reproduces warning signals. In the presence of an obstacle for rolling stock, the collective signaling device transmits, on the command of the work manager, through a portable radio station along the inter-station communication line, to the workstation hardware-software of the station duty officer, a message on the presence of an obstacle on the work site, place is enclosed by feeding a command to the hardware-software system of a centralized automatic block system to stop the train before approaching the work site by ALSS.
