EFFECT: effective method is developed for the production of N-((1S,3S)-3-(methyl(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-yl)amino)cyclobutyl)propane-1-sulfonamide useful as an inhibitor of protein kinases, such as Janus kinase enzyme (JAK), using a new intermediate compound.
