EFFECT: invention is effective for correcting a section of the human genome smaller than 120 nucleotides carrying the c.del35G mutation in the human GJB2 gene to a variant of the healthy human genome with a synonymous replacement of C.G30C in the GJB2 gene in cells cultured in vitro.
