SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cell line in which the cells of the line contain the following genes: the gene of the protein marker of double-stranded DNA breaks 53BP1, which is fused with a fluorescent protein, a gene for catalytically inactive protein Cas9 (dCas9), a gene for a PCP protein fused with a green fluorescent protein, a guide RNA gene for dCas9, which binds to the TL locus, recognizing part of which is represented by a sequence AGCAGATGTAGG, and eight PP7 aptamer hairpins are added to the constant part, as well as to the method for its preparation.

EFFECT: invention is effective for evaluating efficiency of nuclease-genome editors.
