FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing layered composite metal-polymer materials without using an additional adhesive layer, intended for vibration and noise absorption in the manufacture of structures, in particular, for the machine- and aircraft-building and automotive industries. The solution of the stated technical problem is achieved by means of a standard technology of hot pressing with preliminary preparation of layers based on an aluminium alloy Amg6, characterised by using copolyurethanimide P-R (R-TDI-2300-TDI-R) (ODFO:DABC)(DEO) 80/20 as a polymer, synthesised based on the following proportion of the main components: 4.58 g (0.0019913 mol) poly(propylene glycol) terminated with 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate; 1.6010 g (0.00398261 mol) resorcinol dianhydride; 0.5869 g diamine-1,4-bis-(4′-aminophenoxy)diphenyl; 0.0606 g 3.5-diaminobenzoic acids.
EFFECT: manufacture of a vibration-absorbing layered composite metal-polymer material using a thermoplastic elastomer based on copolyurethanimide P-R with a mechanical loss coefficient above 0.15 and without using an additional adhesive layer.
