FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing layered composite metal-polymer materials without using an additional adhesive layer, intended for vibration and noise absorption in the manufacture of structures, in particular, for the machine- and aircraft-building and automotive industries. The stated technical problem is solved by means of the standard technology of hot pressing with preliminary preparation of layers using an aluminium alloy Amg6, wherein copolyuretanimide GAN-R, (ODFO:DABC)(R-TDI-2300-TDI-R)(ODFO:DABC)(P-TDI-Alt-TDI-R) 80/20 is used as a polymer, synthesised based on the following proportion of the main components: 3.61 g (0.00156957 mol) poly(propylene glycol) terminated with 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate; 1.2619 g (0.00313913 mol) resorcinol dianhydride; 1.4126 g (0.00156957 mol) poly(1,6-hexanediol/neopentyl-alt-adipic acid); 0.5462 g (0.00313913 mol) toluylene-2,4-diisocyanate; 1.2619 g (0.00313913 mol) resorcinol dianhydride; 0.9253 g diamine-1,4-bis-(4′-aminophenoxy)diphenyl; 0.0955 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid.
EFFECT: manufacture of a vibration-absorbing layered composite metal-polymer material using a thermoplastic elastomer based on copolyurethanimide GAN-R with a mechanical loss coefficient above 0.15 and without using an additional adhesive layer.
