SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pharmacology and toxicology, and can be used for the quantitative determination of 2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl 2-(1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indole-3 -yl)acetate and indomethacin in plasma. The analyte is extracted with acetonitrile, followed by its determination by high-performance liquid chromatography on a ProntoStL 75×2.0 mm, 5 µm column. A gradient elution mode is used using a 0.2 M solution of lithium perchlorate in perchloric acid as mobile phase A, and acetonitrile as mobile phase B. A subsequent UV detection is carried out at a wavelength of 320 nm. Quantification of 2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl 2-(1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetate and indomethacin in blood plasma is carried out according to the calibration curve.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of quantitative determination of 2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl 2-(1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetate and its metabolite - indomethacin in blood plasma due to application of the high performance liquid chromatography method.
