SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended for diagnosing neonatal immune neutropenia. Autoantibodies to HNA are studied in the mother's serum and HNA-fixed antibodies are studied in the child by the method for flow cytometry. If autoantibodies to HNA are detected in the mother's serum, the child is diagnosed with transimmune neutropenia. If HNA-fixed antibodies are detected, the child is diagnosed with autoimmune neutropenia.
EFFECT: development of an accurate diagnostic method allowing determining antibodies and class of IgG and class of IgM in a single analysis while using a small number of cells, and making a conclusion about the nature of neutropenia with the possibility of determining the specificity of the detected antibodies.
