SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventive medicine and can be used as a consumer product for the prevention of diseases associated with circulatory disorders of human legs. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the compression of the vessels of the lower leg of a person caused by the use of a sock with a narrow and tight cuff with an elastic band. This purpose mentioned is achieved by using a sock holder containing a plate spring in the form of a cylindrical surface bounded by two parallel circular arcs and two straight lines perpendicular to the arcs. On the opposite edges of the cylindrical surface of the spring, bounded by straight lines, bends are made, forming sharp-angled grooves between the inner side of the cylindrical surface of the spring and the bending plane. The length of each groove corresponds to the width of the plate spring and the sock cuff. Inside the plate spring, a liner is installed with a gap to its inner surface, while the other side of the liner has a cylindrical surface in the shape of the lateral part of the lower leg of a person. Additionally, the stretched side part of the sock cuff with an elastic band is clamped in the gap between the inner surface of the spring and the liner.

EFFECT: installing one or two sock holders on the cuff of the sock makes it possible to increase the circumference of the cuff, which protects the blood vessels of the human leg from being compressed.
