FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery and forensic medical examination, and can be used to diagnose traumatic endothelial dysfunction in combined shock-producing trauma. At the early stages of medical care, a combined analysis of the biomechanics of the traumatic impact of a clinical case is carried out, isolating the categories of victims with the presence of formed conditions of hydrodynamic shock in the aorta at the time of injury: the category of victims of a high-rise fall, above the 3rd floor, with primary impact of the pelvic-lumbar, gluteal region, the category of victims such as the driver and passenger of the front seat, primarily fixed with a seat belt, in road accidents at a car speed of at least 40 km/h, the category of victims such as a pedestrian in a car collision, with the primary area of application of traumatic force in the hips and buttocks, followed by throwing the body on the hood of the car, in road traffic accidents at a vehicle speed of at least 40 km/h. The content in the peripheral blood of the affected number of circulating endothelial cells (CEC) is determined. With a CEC content of more than 3×105/l, endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the threat of a complicated course of traumatic illness due to the fact that at the early stages of medical care, a combined analysis of the biomechanics of traumatic exposure is carried out with the presence of formed conditions of hydrodynamic shock in the aorta at the time of injury with the determination of the content of CEC in peripheral blood.
