SUBSTANCE: to realise the technical result, the following is provided in the terminal device: detecting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) according to the first set of control resources, wherein the first set of control resources constitutes a set of control resources on the first BWP containing N sub-bands, wherein the first set of control resources is located on K sub-bands from the N sub-bands, wherein N and K are positive integers, and N≥K≥2; if it is determined that the sub-bands corresponding to the first set of control resources contain a non-communication sub-band, not detecting a PDCCH on the non-communication sub-band; and/or detecting a PDCCH according to the second set of control resources, wherein the sub-bands corresponding to the second set of control resources contain P sub-bands for communication in the K sub-bands, wherein P is a positive integer, and 1≤P<K, and the second set of control resources contains a resource from the first set of control resources located on the P sub-bands.

EFFECT: possibility of transmitting the control channel over multiple LBT sub-bands contained in the BWP.
