FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: method for software and information control of transport, using an automated navigation means, is proposed. A magnetic information carrier is used, based on a roadbed saturated with ferromagnetic substance with software-adapted information in a digital format, set on it. A vehicle is equipped with an electronic computer system, which is commutatively connected to a magnetoelectric device for reading from the magnetic carrier of the mentioned information with the possibility of its processing and transmission by means of the electronic computer system, controlling signals to corresponding nodes and units of the vehicle. As the magnetic carrier of the set information, a surface layer of the roadbed and/or its section is directly used, material of which is saturated with ferromagnetic substance in the form of fine-dispersed powder based on maghemite, wherein the mentioned surface layer is saturated to a depth within about 5 cm from its surface at a concentration of ferromagnetic substance in this layer, within the specified depth, wt.%, from 1 to 10 of the total weight of the saturated layer.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability, safety is achieved.
