For this, the system ensures the navigation objects and subjects driving along the main and regional purposes arctic roads, including roads connecting individual islands and archipelagos with continental sections, at that, used are underground current-carrying cable, metal-mineralized soil paths, concrete slabs and coatings with metal reinforcement oriented along the road, de-energized metal-containing cables, metal pipelines and other underground metal-containing communications, at that, the covered road is detected by metal detector, for example, of range-finding type. As a result, enabling support for the ground transportation navigational support in the Arctic sector unified integrated system, independent of satellite and navigational navigation systems, not subjected to the electronic countermeasures, reliably operating in special climatic and navigational conditions of high latitudes.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional capabilities.
