FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the group of inventions: a resin composition for the production of rigid foam material, a method for the manufacture of a resin composition, and the use of resin compositions. This composition contains: polyfunctional isocyanate (a), composition (b) reactive relatively to isocyanate, and a benzoxazine component (c). Polyfunctional isocyanate is selected from polymer MDI or a mixture of MDI isomers, or a mixture thereof. The composition reactive relatively to isocyanate contains polyfunctional polyol and a catalyst composition; and/or polyfunctional amine. The composition reactive relatively to isocyanate is polyester polyol, composite polyester polyol, or polyester amine. The molecular weight of polyfunctional polyol is from 100 to 800, preferably from 200 to 700. The benzoxazine component is benzoxazine related to bisphenol-A type. Part of the benzoxazine component (c), when expressed by a level of the weight percentage content of the amount of components (b) and (c), is from 25 to 60, preferably from 30 to 50. The method for the production of this composition includes addition of the benzoxazine component and the composition reactive relatively to isocyanate to polyfunctional isocyanate, or addition of the benzoxazine component to thermoplastic polyurethane. This composition is used for the formation of a product in the form of rigid foam material.

EFFECT: development of a composition having a high glass transition temperature and improved resistance to flammability.
