FIELD: X-rays.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for modeling the thermomechanical effects of X-rays. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the sample under study is irradiated with a high-intensity pulsed electron flow, while the profiles of absorbed energy in the sample material are calculated when exposed to the required X-ray radiation and the electron used, the thickness is calculated and the screen material is selected, which is installed in front of the sample placed on the electron radiation installation, on the radiation side, a damping element is placed between the screen and the sample and the sample is irradiated.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of the most reliable modeling of thermomechanical effects in the test sample.
