SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds or to their pharmaceutically acceptable salt, selected from 4,4,4-trifluor-1-[3-(2,2,2-trifluorethoxy)-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl]butane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-propoxy-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-isobutoxy-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-hexyloxy-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 1-(3-brom-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorbutane-1-one; 1-(3-ethoxy-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorbutane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-methoxy-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-(trifluormethyl)-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-methyl-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one; 1-(3-ethyl-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorbutane-1-one; 8-(4,4,4-trifluorbutanoyl)-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-3-carbonitrile; and 4,4,4-trifluor-1-(3-fluor-1-oxa-2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]dec-2-en-8-yl)butane-1-one. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a combination for use in the treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection based on the specified compounds.
EFFECT: new compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on them are obtained, which can be used in medicine for the treatment of tuberculosis.
