SUBSTANCE: system of a milling cutter holder for a tray of orthopedical surgical instruments in operation for knee joint endoprosthetics, according to the first option, contains a milling cutter and an instrument holder. The milling cutter includes a narrowing case passing along the longitudinal axis from a base to a tip, and cutting prongs formed in the narrowing case. The instrument holder is made with the possibility of accommodation of the milling cutter, and it contains a lower wall, the first sidewall passing upward from the lower wall, and the second sidewall located at a distance from the first sidewall and passing upwards from the lower wall to form a storage chamber. The first sidewall includes a hole and a pair of surfaces passing inward from the hole to form a slot having such dimensions so that to accommodate the base of the milling cutter. The pair of surfaces has such a shape, which allows for engagement of the base of the milling cutter to suppress the rotation of the milling cutter around its longitudinal axis, while a groove combined with the slot passes through the second sidewall, wherein the groove has such dimensions so that to accommodate the tip of the milling cutter. The system of the milling cutter holder for the tray of orthopedical surgical instruments in operation for knee joint endoprosthetics, according to the second option, contains an instrument holder made with the possibility of accommodation of a milling cutter. The holder contains a lower wall, the first sidewall passing upward from the lower wall, and the second sidewall located at a distance from the first sidewall and passing upward from the lower wall to form a storage chamber. The first sidewall includes a hole and a pair of surfaces passing inward from the hole to form a slot having such dimensions so that to accommodate the base of the milling cutter. A groove combined with the slot passes through the second sidewall. The groove has such dimensions so that to accommodate the tip of the milling cutter.
