FIELD: industrial chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for separating mixtures of olefins and paraffins, comprising feeding at least one hydrocarbon stream to a distillation column to obtain an overhead product stream with a higher olefin concentration than in at least one hydrocarbon stream and a lower product stream with a higher paraffin concentration than in at least one hydrocarbon stream specified. Then, a portion of said overhead stream is moistened by injecting water into said overhead product stream, maintaining a constant temperature of the moistened part of the overhead product stream, and a portion of that overhead product stream containing 72-90% olefin is fed to a membrane unit to separate overhead product stream into a permeate stream containing at least 99.3 to 99.8 mol% olefin and a retentate stream containing paraffin. In this case, a part of the overhead product stream is recycled to the rectification column after condensation, while the specified membrane unit contains a plurality of membranes, which are membranes with facilitated transfer, containing a continuous non-porous layer of the polymer matrix over the nanoporous membrane base and metal ions embedded in the specified non-porous polymer matrix layer.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of enriching propylene from a purity of 75% or less to a polymerization-intended of 99.5 mol.%.
