SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry. Round chocolate candy contains chocolate, drinking cream, wheat fiber, sugar, cardamom and fish oil. Take the following ratio of components in wt.%: chocolate - 55-61, drinking cream - 27-30, wheat fiber - 5-6, fish oil - 3-4, sugar - 0-6, cardamom - 0.3-2, cocoa powder - 0.1-0.3. Wherein the candy is covered with a layer of chocolate with a cocoa content of 55-75% and rolled in cocoa powder.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a stabilized candy consistency, which has an attractive appearance and high palatability, which does not have an unpleasant fishy taste and smell, despite the inclusion of fish oil in the composition.
