SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new compound presented by the following formula 1, its stereoisomer or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where values of radicals are given in the claims. A pharmaceutical composition, the use of a compound, its stereoisomer, or their pharmaceutically acceptable slat for the preparation of a drug for the treatment of a disease related to the activity of protein kinase JAK, and a method for JAK inhibition are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed compound shows activity of inhibition of protein kinase JAK and thereby is effective in the prevention or treatment of diseases related to protein kinase, such as cancer, autoimmune disease, neurological disease, metabolic disease, and infections.
